Yeah, I read a French report earlier.
However, having a potentially habitable planet doesn't mean it's actually inhabited.
Still, I believe we're not alone in the Universe even though there is no evidence for that.

True, but if we discovered we are not alone in universe. What will we do?

So exciting!! It almost makes me forget how sad I am that we were all born too late to explore the Earth, but too early to explore the galaxy :P.

wasnt the rule say that if earth wasnt in it's position even just 1mm, the planet won't support life like it supposed to be?

It's actually a neutrino, not a neutron.
And it's slightly faster than light.

I've read lots of news about something happen 1-2 million light years away from us.

Well, the orbit of the Earth isn't even circular, it's elliptical, and the difference between the position of the Earth relative to the Sun is up to 5 million km. So 1 mm wouldn't do anything at all.

actually, its a neutrino that was hypothesized to travel faster than light

I'm not the most knowledgeable about this topic, but it wasn't a hypothesis, it was experimental data, though not conclusive enough to take down the theory of relativity. And in any case, it wasn't much faster than the speed of light, and even if it's true, it'll be years until we know how to replicate such speed, let alone apply it to spacecrafts.
