    Anyone here have Dakimakura?

    I only have one cover and one pillow right now and will buy more later...

    Well there seems to be a lot of ignorance here... (no offence, the dark side of the otaku always takes time to reach). A dakimakura is just a pillow with a picture as cover. Mostly anime related, but contrary to what some said it isn't loli limited. Hadn't you seen Milky Holmes? There is a perfect example of a not loli (nor female) dakimakura.
    Anyway that's what I know, and no, don't have a dakimakura, would rather buy nendoroids with that money

    I don't know how much exactly is a yen in dollars, but does 8000 yen (the average I found) capping at 14000 sounds expensive?

    Not accurate but 100 yen is about an US Dollar... But yea most of this stuff is a bit expensive!

    Woah, I tried to convert it. 8000 yen = 96 US dollars = 4307 Philippine pesos!
    That's a lot of money. >_< I bet if there's no girl in there, the price would be 1/10 the original.

    You can actually get some fairly cheap dakimakura for like 30 bucks or so. The designs are however printed on the pillow itself and the quality isn't that great in comparison.
