Page 001 is good.
Now for the part you'll probably hate me for...
The others need work, especially in the grays. The screen-tone is too hard to notice and it makes the grays appear flattened. I'm assuming that you either over used topaz or you created a screen-tone and then re-sized the image to 1200/1300 which also shrunk the screen-tone with it.
In either case we have to get this sort out, what did you do to get to the results you have now? I'll try and get you back on track.

Did Taka ask you to use 1400 resize height? Usually we use 1300 and in a few instances 1200.

No he didnt...
1400 is normally the size I do with scanlation ... I didnt know ur criteria for resize page
so just only the size made all of this problem ?

It can sometimes. The redraws of yours were good, just need to work on the screen-tone and I think you'll be okay.

Page two is good but four needs another go over.
Instead of cropping out what topaz clean missed, increase the canvas size and width by 150-200 pixels. Then run topaz clean. After that's done decrease the canvas size by the same amounts added previously. You can find this under the "Image" tab.

Here goes. First, don't use topaz clean with strength over 2, threshold over 1, and sharpness different or below 1. Also, please keep the number of layers you have to the bare minimum.
1 redrawn/no text layer,
1 cleaned layer,
The uncleaned layer.
As you can see, most of the criticism is on the first page, although a lot of it can apply to other pages.
1st page:
First, the screentones are too "watered" or in other words, not very visible(this applies to all the first 3 pages). I'm assuming you're using a texture value under 0.80 or boost under 1 with topaz clean and, if I'm correct, please avoid that. Second concern matches the second panel - The screentones were replaced with a solid gradient and compared to the rest of the page, it really stands out. Third, Mao's hair clips disappeared, making it look like there's a bump/tumor on her head. The cloning is also very noticeable.; Try to make the part you got your cloning source from and the area you pasted it different. For that, it's better to clone just the patterns and then redo the lines. Lastly, Lots of lines were lost, but that can be easily recovered (just remember to keep the raw layer!)
Also, be careful with the filters you use. A lot of the white areas are, in fact, not pure white and that can be noticed with the naked eye, and the same applies for the blacks. Level the page to 253, 1.00, 255 and 000, 1.00, 003 to see it better.
2nd page:
The same. White areas not completely white, black areas not completely black... Blacks not burned, the lines on her hair are missing (along with some details). This seems to be a recurring mistake, so I won't repeat this for the following pages. Also, somewhat overfiltered with Topaz Clean.
3rd page:
Most of the bricks on the background are gone, Satomi's hair lines are barely visible.
4th page:
Very blurry - It distracts me from everything else.
5th page:
See above, plus the "whites not complete white" problem is very visible.

Where are the raw layers? You FAIL xP No, but seriously - raw layers are required.
Don't worry - I'll give you some feedback on the pages anyways:
All pages - What were supposed to be the Brightness/contrast and Levels layers? This is not how you use such layers to check for dirt/noise - this is how: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4zR6ozc0WQ
Page 1 - So yeah, as you can see in the video, there's a lot of dirt left and the blacks are underleveled. If you do what I did on the video, the page will be alright, as far as dirt/noise is concerned. Actually, the grays got slightly overleveled, you'd prevent that if you used the preview layers to remove more dirt before using topaz clean.
Again, as you've seen in the vid, your redraw covered part of the panel border - watch out for that.
And the last thing - http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/1601/mistakes.png
You left the white lines as they originally were, when you should have drawn some more. And as to the hairband - if you looked closely you'd see parts of it sticking out from below the text - the shape you made is way off and looks like a tip of a finger xD Try to make it's shape match the blue line.
Page 2 - Some dirt/noise left. There are some small screw ups with the notebook redraw, but it's nothing major so it doesn't matter.
I'm fairly certain the bottom panel's grays shouldn't look like that, but without a raw layer I can compare it to I can't really say for sure.
Page 3 - There's a tiny bit of dirt on the bottom, the blacks are underleveled, and you brushed over the gradient change from the gray to black on panel 1 - the difference is too noticeable now.
Page 4 - You brushed over the middle finger with a background gray, you did a poor redraw of the tip of the index finger, also the thumb redraw is a bit too noticeable. And finally you did more of a hair redraw than you were supposed to - there were parts of the dots right next to the hair outline and you removed them, but the most noticeable thing is how you brushed over the glow around the manga's name that was covering part of the hair... Why?
Page 5 - Lots of dirt and underleveled blacks. Can't comment on more without the raw layer below. Though.. It's possible that you should have redrawn the sign on panel 1, but I'm not sure.
~~
So yeah, without the raw layers you'll have to redo all of the pages, while if you had them you'd only have to do some fixing. Have fun ^^
