Oops, it seems that you were kinda forgotten... I thought I replied to all cleaners a few weeks ago, but it looks like I missed you. Sorry about that.
All pages - there should be at least 3 layers per page - a rotated/cropped raw layer as background (no leveling or denoising), a clean layer above it and an empty layer with text removed. Also merge down the Levels layers with the clean layers - it is required with the magazine raws cleaning. On mag raws, you will most likely level 2-3 times per page, you should always slightly level after using topaz filters too. Here's how you check for leftover dirt/noise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4zR6ozc0WQ
Page 1 - above + leftover dirt on blacks and whites, dirty grays in panel 1 - you should redraw these.
Page 2 - above + leftover dirt, slightly overleveled grays in panel 1-3 (too much black leveling)
Page 3 - above + a lot of dirt and some noise left, needs more denoising and waaaaaaaay more topaz clean, also not cropped properly
Page 4 - above + too sharp grays - most due to overleveled blacks, there's a thin black line going from the left top corner towards the middle - you should redraw it
