Hey, I've been reading some of the typesetter and cleaner guides for a little while now but they all say I need to get photoshop. I looked it up and it's not very cheap. Does anyone know a good alternative to photoshop or a free version of it?

Well if you really need Photoshop I could give you a portable version of mine though it's x86 version, I don't have x64,. I will give it to for you free :) and what's good in it, it's only 96 MB :) Just read my instructions in the folder.

the reason I preferred photoshop is because I know the basics of it (used it for about a month and a half, Let's just hope I didn't forget how to use it :) )
(my sig was made with photoshop, one of my 1st tries)
